A new Choa Chu Kang-Phoenix Rd condo will rise in the future in Singapore after a piece of land at Choa Chu Kang-Phoenix Rd was sold successfully according to URA Singapore.

Award of Tender for Residential Site at Choa Chu Kang Road / Phoenix Road
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the residential site at Choa Chu Kang Road / Phoenix Road to Far East Civil Engineering (Pte.) Limited and China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co. Pte Ltd. The consortium submitted the highest bid in the tender for the site.
The tender for the residential site was launched on 5 May 2011 and closed on 30 June 2011. The land parcel was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term. Details of the awarded land parcel and the successful tenderer are provided below:
